ACH TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ONE- TIME ACH TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are authorizing the the Association and HomeARCH Association Management (collectively the "Association") to charge your checking or savings account. The charge will appear on your bank statement as an "ACH Debit”. This ACH may take up to 5 business days to be completed. The date of your submission of the ACH will be the date the ACH will be posted to your Owner Account.
If the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, payments may be executed on the next business day. For ACH debits to my checking/savings account, I understand that because these are electronic transactions, these funds may be withdrawn from my account as soon as the day of the request. In the case of an ACH being rejected for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) I understand that the Association may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days and agree to an additional $5.50 charge for each attempt returned NSF which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized recurring payment. The Association will only attempt one time after an NSF transaction. If a second NSF occurs, the Association will no longer attempt any further ACH transactions. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. I certify that I am an authorized user of this bank account and will not dispute this scheduled transaction with my bank: so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form.
