The annual meeting for the Winding Hills Condominium Association has been scheduled. To join the meeting on the above date and time, this letter includes the web address link of the meeting, and this link address can also be found at www.windinghillscondos.com in the “news” section.
 
Enclosed you will find the following forms. These forms can also be filled out and submitted online at the association’s website:
 
Board Member Application: if you are interested in being elected to the Board, please submit a Board Member Application (enclosed) so we can let the community know why you would like to be a Board Member during the meeting. Link to application below.
 
Proxy: If you elect someone to be your proxy, please indicate. If you leave blank, you designate the Board as your proxy. Link to proxy below
 
To be eligible to vote and/or be a board member, you must be in good standing with the association, which includes a current account, no legal or collections actions, and no rule violation enforcement actions.
