The association is preparing to begin the installation of patio fences that were affected by the removal of the carports and storage areas. Please make sure that the perimeter areas of your patio are clear so that workers can install the fencing in an efficient manner. All units are required to have patios and porches that look neat and clean. The patios and porches must be cleaned of trash, non-outdoor furniture, tires, weeds and growth, bulk trash, and other items that are not permitted. If items that are not allowed are on your patio after 03/01/2023, enforcement assessments will be given, along with any costs of removal of those items. Please be aware that the City of Columbus will, if they have not yet, be inspecting these areas also. If you need to have bulk trash items removed, please submit a bulk trash request through the www.windinghillscondos.com website or through the Winding Hills Now App. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact the management company.
